Estimated Total Budget Expenses for St. John School
The estimated total budget expenses for St. John School for the 2019-20 school year will be over $833,583. The tuition from SJS students will bring in about $386,400 for next year. Tuition covers less than half of the costs to run the school. St. John Parish will subsidize school operation with over $355,000 for next year. The St. John Board of Education continues to attempt to keep tuition reasonable so that local students can receive a quality Catholic education. In comparison, the average tuition for all elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Dubuque for 2019-2020 is over $2500.
